Fairfax roomate(s) needed!

We have found a house! 4 bedroom, finished basement, 2 1/2 bathrooms, new kitchen, applicances, all new windows, 2 1/2 car car port, HUGE front yard, corner lot (no worry about neighbors complaining), much much more! PM ME ASAP if you are interested!

We are all getting a house in the Fairfax area, and we need 1 (possible 2) roomates at the mid to end of July. The house will be a 4 bedroom, basement, and all of that good stuff.
We already have 2 roomates, all are really chill, all male, and are all adults. One has a dog, we dont know if he will be bringing it yet though.
Rent will be anywhere from 400 (lowest) to 600 (highest), and this includes everything, even cable and wireless internet. Rent will need to be paid before every 2nd of the month, same with utilities.
There will be a carport, so we all need to share. You will have your own room, unless you wanted to split the bill with someone and have a roomate. No more than 5 people will live in the house at the same time.

I was thinking about moving out this summer, and I wanted to stay in Fairfax. Rent at home for me is going to be 300, but I'd rather spring an extra few to be on my own.
Where exactly is it in Fairfax?
I have to get the shit with my job figured out first, I'm just getting on the books, but I'm interested.
I'm 18 and I've got an 05' GTI, hope that wouldnt be a problem,

Ok, more details...
rent + utilities per person per month will be
$550 (for 4 people)
$733 (for 3 people)
whatever total people we decide, i will need double what is mentioned above for first and lasts months rent. then every month mentioned above is owed. there will be a minimum of a 12 month lease. if you decide to stay another year, that is fine.
-this includes everything. water, electric, cable, internet, etc.
obviously the more people we have, the cheaper it will be.
The house is has been totally refinished including a new kicthen, new windows, carpeting, fenced in yard, etc.
The house is located in Fairfax circle, and is a very quiet and nice neighborhood. That doesnt mean we cant party, cookout, or whatever.
