Default Translator Needed! Able to Read Japanese?

Is there anyone local that can read Kanji and translate it. If so email me or pm me, I'll hook it up with food/beer =) and money for thier time.

thats a mixture of kanji and hirigana, the light blue tabs on the bottom are katakana

ok ive been working on it and so far the top says freedom computer support system for windows ver 1.52, im still working on the rest.

just in case you wanted to learn some, it translates to sapooto shisutemu, the u is silent and the 2 o's make a long vowel so it makes support system i know it sounds funny but thats actually how katakana works.

I couldn't piece together the 3rd light blue box at the bottom into a coherent phrase, and couldn't find the first kanji in my dictionary for the other one
