turbo adapter plate

Anyone know a place where i can get a turbo adapter plate made,t25 is the turbo and what is required to make it,and the price range thank you.

i've got one if u need it, i've had it for a few yrs, been sitting on my desk as a paperweight, the one for the hf manifold right?
