they seem to be nice cars, just fairly slow. wrx and sti engine swaps are becoming some what common for them though.

I know that from a roll and with a 50 shot a stock RSX-S will beat it.

LOL.

That's HORRIBLE. I would figure that if both cars were stock, but the RS w/ spray...wow.

And that actually happened. Adam (turbo98) had an RS with a 50 shot and lost to a type S.

well if you think the RS his 160 hp stock and the RSX has 200 hp stock, and the RS having a greater drivetrain power loss because of the awd, even with a 50 shot id put my money on the rsx.* how much did the rsx win by?

*from a roll.

Honestly I have no idea. Adam and I were just talking about them the other day and his words were "I liked the car it was just really slow I mean hell it lost to to a stock type S and I had a 50 shot, but from a dig it was a different story"

I always wanted one of those with a STI swap in it.

anything from a roll can be decieving in my opinion, from a dig though id think the rs wouldve taken it...maybe.

2.5rs are by far the most classic and best looking impreza body style to date.

They are also by far the slowest impreza to ever come to the U.S, and the weakest. Motor can't take any boost; tranny/diff are relatively weak; swaps are great but not cheap.

IMO, its a good daily driver, great looker, and great handling car. It just lacks power.
