anyone here got a ramp i can borrow for a few days this weekend? i need to get my bike up to dc and dont have a ramp to put it in the truck. im leaving tomorrow(friday). or anyone know where i can find one for cheap?

Are you going to a meet? someone is bound to have a ramp or possibly do the same thing to take it down if you end up not finding one

 

2 people can lift a bike on a truck no problem....just get somebody to help you out

im not a big fan of picking up bikes to put them in trucks. my friends are all weak as hell. haha and no im not going to any meet. just visiting some friends and riding.. isnt something going on down here at the beach this weekend?

 

Yeah, those Lowes ramps you make with a 2x8 work well. I have the ramp end brackets...but the ramps sat in the pine straw in my yard for a few months and the wood rotted. That's probably the cheapest way to go though, and they do work well...they're just kinda cumbersome to store.
