Default where to go for pricing?

i went on KBB, you can't find out how much a bike is worth on there. whats a site to use to find out how much a bike is worth?

but remember, whenever buying a bike, or anything for that matter....start off by offering half the price, and then "generously" meet in between

or if selling a bike, put it for 1k over obo, then give him an amazing deal buy taking $500 off the price

haha, i had a guy try to do that to me with a race car i had built. i added $500 to the price, just for him, and knocked off $500 for the guy i actually sold it to. offering HALF is a dickhead thing to do, and id rather not make the sale. i know the idea is to meet between the asking and the offer, but.. i dont know, its still shitty..

check a lot of the message boards like the wera.com, sportbikes.net, cycleforums.com, cycletrader.com, ebay, craigslist.org and just compare prices to see what they're really going for and correlate that with the nada and kbb prices



some of the prices you find are absolutely hilarious. There's a ton of squids asking for $500 under msrp on a 1 year old 600 thats been dropped.
