zex dry kit on b16a help!
I can't find any instructions for this kit. it is a dry kit with the zex box. it's got two vacuum lines. one says regulator(got this one) another says intake, and then there is the three wires:red, black, and white. the red is battery. the white is tps. the black is ground. i don't know which wire on the car to hook the white wire to or where to join the intake vacuum line.
one is a vac input and the exit you runing the vac line threw the zex control box
Engine must have a vacuum ported fuel pressure regulator
Throttle position sensor voltage must pass the following test:
Locate the T.P.S. (usually directly across from throttle linkage)
Turn ignition to on position (do not start engine)
Using a digital voltmeter, check each wire for a low voltage reading of approximately 1 volt.
Only one wire should have this low voltage with the throttle closed
While on that same wire, open the throttle completely and check the voltage reading
If your voltage reads 4.2 volts or higher, you are ready to install your ZEX nitrous kit
also try going to http://www.zex.com/
