i remember a while back there was a post about those kids that were shooting out peoples car windows in various neighborhoods, well they got caught last night. A buddy of mine from work just came in and said that they shot out his roomates window and the neighbor saw and called the cops. The dumbass kids got caught b/c they got lost and asked the cops for directions..... the police brought the witness over to varify the car which was a suv, and when they searched the car they found a "highpowered" bb gun under the passenger seat. I just thought id let everyone know so if they got your car here is some satisfaction.

 

Thats awesome, if they can actually connect them to all the others they are so fucked.

 

I was doing a police ride along last night and had to respond to all the vandalism calls. When I left at 5am they had not caught anyone and the news said they haven't caught anyone. The problem is the victims give so many stories of who they "think" are doing this but it doesnt match up with other witnesses. There is a suspect vehicle but I'm not allowed to give that out. When the douchebags are caught, they are really f8cked, what they may not know is one of the cars they hit last night was occupied by a 18 year old girl who had just gotten home from work . Firing into an occupied vehicle = felony.

 

I wonder if these are the motherfuckers that hit up the Supra waaaaaay back when.

 

I live in Glenwood/Rosemont. Managed to avoid getting mine shot out, but it was eerie to see so many of my neighboors out sweeping glass.

Virginia Beach Police have made an arrest in the string of vandalism incidents in several neighborhoods of the city.

He's been identified as Jonathan Williams, age 20, of the 1500 block of Sangaree Cr.

He was arrested at around 3 AM.

For the second morning in a row, dozens of residents in Virginia Beach woke up to find car windows shot out overnight by vandals.

Police tell us that overnight Thurday to Friday, they received approximately 80 reports of car windows being shot out. This is on top of the 80 or so reports of windows shot out which V.B. Police received the previous morning.

The neighborhoods affected were: Thalia, Rosemont Forest, Pembroke Manor, Little Creek Homes, Settlers Park, Pembroke Lake Apartments, Newpoint Condos, and Glenwood.

 

Fuck that shit. Put them in a room full of all the people who had to replace their windows, give them all bb guns, and let the fun begin.

 

Load up the bb guns.

According to Wavy TV 10 - if convicted he faces jail time and being responsible for paying for the damage.

At minimal, $100/each x 150 windows ... this kid is now responsible for approximatley $15,000 in damage!

 

If they can connect him to the chesapeake ones somehow hes really fucked, i know a few kids shot a ton of cars in the greenbriar mall parking lot, and hit up the office building on the corner of eden and greenbriar ... those huge windows on that building were all destroyed.

It would be awesome to see every window ever shot out by a bb gun in the recent months to all be pinned on him. Couldnt even begin to imagine that bill.
