White Civic "KP LQQKN"
To the owner of a white civic coupe with the plates "KP LQQKN":
Yesterday, 4/4/06 around 3:20PM on Virginia Beach Blvd at the intersection of N. Plaza trail, you tried to race another civic from the light and came about a foot from t-boning my mother and sister in their car.
Should I encounter you around the area, we will have words. I highly suggest that the next time you want to race someone from a light at a busy intersection in the middle of the day that you refrain from doing so, as next time, I might be able to follow you and let you know what I think about your driving.

For the past month or so I have truly felt bad for the participants of the 564 Raid. Now, it all turns to whoever owns this Civic.

Oh, oh some1 just pissed off Tim and that is not an easy task. So you my friend who owns that civic, please do as "Black nugget" recommends or leave the beach.
