Drivable but can't boost above certain psi, or can't give more than 25% throttle without bucking.

Idles OK, but can't rev past 2500 rpm

A KA24E maf will work, but you'll need the pigtail with it and have to wire it in.

yea it's idling at 500-1500? And it all started a couple of months ago it just was hesitating on interstate at cruising speeds. And it gradually got worse. Now it will barely move, as soon as it sees full throttle it basically shuts off and won't rev any higher. at partial throttle is won't rev above 3-4000 and backfires. There is also a shit ton of fuel coming out of the tail pipe.

Could be a boost leak, that will screw a maf car all up.

Ever consider switching to a blow-thru set up?

yes, but a day before this happened it still held 15 psi but fell below 15 around 5k. Is that below the normal drop for a t25.

ok so i went out and took the mafs element out and blew on it to clean off any debris and the problem instantly got worse! WTF! The car will not take any throttle input and will barely move. It idles fine, but as soon as i hit the gas it wont move.

Yeah, boost drop off is a normal thing for the T25. I'm running 14psi and it falls off to about 12 at redline. You can check your ECU for codes. A bad MAF is a code 12 I believe. Also, you can just pull it out and look at the wire in the little hole. Make sure there isnt a break in the wire. While your at it, clean the sensor with electric parts cleaner.
