alright i got 2 problems. 1) a decent amount of smoke exits my exhaust when under hard acceleration. i think its caused by oil gettin past the pistons, im not sure. 2) when i turn left i hear a weird "clunking" sound from my car. hit me back with some help please

 

what color is the smoke? And where is the clunking sound coming from?

 

your "clunking" may be tie-rods or any other suspension parts you'd have to check that out. and the smoke could be anything from oil to coolant/water

 

Where exactly does the clunking sound come from? It might help to be a little more specific.

 

it almost sounds like its coming from the rightside of my car in the motor. originally i thought i was because of the cold weather, but not that its gotten warmer its still doing it. the smoke is black so im assuming its oil, but what is it getting by?

 

If it's clunking only when you are turning then it's probably a bad cv axle
