have a 90 blazer 4x4 and the back window is stuck down. the button in the dash clicks on the open side, but when i push it ovr to close it, it does nothin... how do i get the window back up?

 

The motor is probably dying is all. Have someone pushing the button and someone else pulling the window...helping it along. Then never open it again.

I have the same problem in my Xterra right now...which pisses me off since mine is only 5 years old.

 

I just got done replacing my passenger motor with one I found @ Johnson's, feels good to have a working window

 

tried pushing it and having someone pulling it . doesent work. if its off track will it be hard to pull up? its like its stuck.

 

Could be...just for clarification, you are talking about the tailgate window or a passenger window?
