Just though I'd say howdy. I'm not a 'newbie' to NoVA, but a newb to the site. I live in Burke and have a two turds (see sig). Is there anything that goes on a regular basis in the Springfield/Burke area? I've gone through the Wal-Mart parking lot late on the weekend nights and seen a few imports hanging out. I'd like to steer away from the high school type crowds.

WELCOME TO NOVA bro. If you havent already noticed, theres nothing much to do. All the ricers meet up over at Maleks in Springfield (Hard Times & KMart shopping center). You'll find the nicer rides a lil farther south in woodbridge.... every first saturday of the month at the commuter lot. Just follow any import on 95 south on that night and you'll find it.

I've been here for over a year this stint, and have 'adjusted' to COL as good as i'm gonna. buying a house was a shock.

And Legoman, unfortnately, it'll be up for sale soon....

And since the majority of yous guys don't do the 'high school thing' where does the more 'mature' crowd go? The NLOC guys head out to a BK cruise once a month, but I haven't made it to that as of yet.
