My boss has a 2005 Roush Mustang Stage 1 and she wants to Supercharge it. I was wondering what is the best type of supercharger to use.

I've heard all good things from Vortec and Kenne Bell.

 

I've heard those motors dont like boost.

Vortech's Mustang is making 575 at the wheels with a stock bottom end and a T-56 swapped Tranny.. It has over 150 dyno runs on it and competed in the Ultimate Acceleration: Full Throttle 1 full mile for Road and Track Magazine for.. It went 172mph at the end of 1 mile and topped out in 6th gear at 6600 Rev limiter at 196 mph..

 

Well then nevermind.

 

I'm not sure if Kenne Bell has a SC for the '05 yet..

 

It's actually a really cool car IMO. I loved that article except for the fact that there wasn't some sort of a modified C5/C6 'vette in the comparo.

 

I would have liked to see a Z06 instead of a reg C6 at least.. And I def would have liked to seen the Carrera(SP) GT and an Enzo..

Its funny that the only thing they said about the Ford GT is it needed more power.. haha.. I wish I could have 550hp and say It needs more..

And a better Bike would have been nice.. Like a Busa or something that pulls up top..

 

The new GT's are fucking monsters on the dyno compared to the 2v's. A guy last night has a 5spd. with UD's, axleback, cai, and motion plates and puts down 320/340.
