ive had mixed experience with dell. never had as many problems with my hp as the dells (desktop and laptop.)
could just be that the internet is more "dangerous" these days (spyware, etc)
the indian guys on tech support are actually helpful, though.

Fortunately Dell has begun withdrawing some of its tech support from India due to all of the complaints they were receiving, especially from corporate customers.
