the only real difference is the gear ratios. Some people will say if your boosted it will be better to use the longer geared h23 tranny but I still say if you want to go fast use the shorter geared h22 tranny all motor or turbo

I'd just go with the h23 tranny it works fine. My brother has a Prelude w/ h23 and it shifts smooth as hell and has close gear ratios..

GEAR RATIOS
-------------

1st gear.. h22/h23 3.307

2nd gear.. h23 - 1.857
h22 - 1.950

3rd gear.. h23 - 1.320
h22 - 1.360

4th gear.. h23 - 1.034
h22 - 1.071

5th gear.. h23 - .812
h22 - .870

Final drive.. h22/h23 - 4.266

---------

I think that's about right..

I don't think so.. Try searching on google, could prove useful. But I think it should work fine.
