Default Horrible Experience With Noyan

I went to Noyan with a friend today, with cash in hand to go buy another SR20,

It all starts with going there earlier this week (wed), We wanted to buy an SR20DET Front Clip Motorset. ( Motor Everything, jus no body panels), And we asked if we would get a new harness, since there was no salvageable peice of the harness left on any of the motors. We were told yes.

Came in today with 2500$, and we went to the motor we originally liked, Peices galore were missing, Radiator Hoses, Radiators, CAS was DESTROYED, they wouldnt let me crack the valve cover, they told me to look thru the oil fill cap, And They said the only motors that they would give new harness for are the Blacktop SR's and this was completely the opposite that we were told on wed,

Noyan does not have very good business skills when it comes to a customer with cash in hand, they were to focused on talkin on their cell phones. Looks like ill never buy an SR from them again. Phase2Motortrend here i come.

sorry, i tend to disagree...it really doesnt sound like what arash would say, john or anybody....I've bought 4 clips from them...all good condition, and if something was bad, they would do everything out of their best interested to help out. lately i just get my motors from elsewhere just because i cant drive to manassass....TOO MUCH TRAFFIC...lol...

PS...werent you suppose to get my motor? i guess not anymore....

I agree, you must be an idiot. I've bought SEVERAL (about 15ish) front clips from them, only ever had 2 problems, first was a bad ecu which was promply replaced. Second was a knocking motor in a front clip, which was also promply replaced with another front clip.

Noyan and Arash in particular has had nothing but the best customer service. Sounds like your just mad at them for some reason and trying to deter business.

EDIT: btw ALL the clips come with harness. They will also START the front clip in front of you, so yes the harness would be intact. I call BS on your "experience" with them.

do you know how many stupid phone calls they get a day? I've sat in the office almost all day one day because they were having problems loading a truck and their forklift died. If I had to answer all the stupid questions people asked i'd tell them swaps cost $200,000 so they'd never call again.

by who?

missing? how would they be missing if they were removed so the motor will fit in the container... they usually send accesories like that seperate...so sorry while i call u out on ur bs but i showd u a set of hoses and a radiator and if u were serious bout buying sumthing im sure i coulda taken out the radiator or whatever from a bad clip i mean we usually dont do it but iv done it for sum polite/nice customer

they wouldnt let me crack the valve cover, they told me to look thru the oil fill cap, And They said the only motors that they would give new harness for are the Blacktop SR's and this was completely the opposite that we were told on wed[/B],
were u high and not remeber what we told u? or were u just too distracted by ur 5man posse who talked all at the same time and didnt let u pay attention? an sr20 valve cover is not as simple as a 8 nut honda valve cover if we took the valve cover off for every customer bolts/nuts and shit in general would end up missing and ..dont let it go to ur head buddy! but every other customer that picked out which motor they wanted was looked at it the same way...tru the oil cap!

the harnesses arnt not even new so i doono what ur talking bout ..everything we import is used!
the harnesses that are complete are wraped up in shrink wrap with the engine number writen on it from the motor it came from which are the new motors in the back we got a nice mixture of s13 and s14 redtops and blacktops sooooo if u want that harness u get that motor .. we dont usually "piece" parts for customers .u wanted a motor from the front i belive? the ones that were cleaned up and ready to go...however we got those motors sets like that. one with a cut harness and the other with a complete harness
