If your going to spend more than the bike is worth fixing it, I'd say sell it, buy something newer and use the money as payment/down payment....or keep it for goodies for the new bike
That's what I'm leaning towards. I still owe roughly 3k on the R6 but I'm sure I can find someone to pay that much for it. Lord knows, for it to be perfect in my eyes again I'll spend countless amounts, and someone else might be happy with it after putting a few hundred into it. After that I see no issues in getting another loan for something newer and cleaner, with possibly a few mods already done to save some dough.

Wow. Just rode on actual street for the first time in forever. That was fun and hot as fuck. I really don't remember my seat getting so damn warm.
Btw with the ram air tubes not connected to the front fairing that bitch is raspy. Sounds kinda cute.
