Saw a couple guys stopped off at a rest stop on 95-S between Fredericksburg/Richmond, the only car ( there were like 3-5 ) that really stuck out as I drove by was an older VW beetle. Assuming they're heading down to this, though I guess it coulda been a rest stop meet
