A buddy of mine is a Major with the Hanover Sheriff's Office and has a pretty nice Charger. It's totally unmarked and has the Hemi and 18" wheels. What a bastard.

Unmarked is NOT the same as "undercover". Police use just about any and every make/model of vehicle with a simple light kit. Posting about seeing a police car doesn't make you cool, just displays your ignorance.
