Brazilian Ju Jitsu and or Muay Thai?
It's been a long time for me also, but I used to attend Hybrid back when they were downtown, and attended for a few months after they moved to Williamson.
I was there for a year or so, and learned a lot. The instructors are friendly, helpful, and try not to intimidate you.

109 is monthly you have atleast 2 coaches watching the class showing you form. It's 3 days a week for the Muay Thai and BJJ is only 2 days a week for 40 bucks more which I will be taking when I get into better shape.
Wrestling popular in high schools? around here? Maybe just Christiansburg, lol...
When school (Roanoke College) starts back up we have a wrestling club... but that doens't start until prob September... i'm sure you'd be more than welcome to come in and wrestle around with us... Some friends from schools I wrestled against in high school come down and grapple with us all the time.
