If you're not tracking the car on R comps you'll never be in a position where a baffle is necessary.

 

So it looks like my GReddy SE will be sold here shortly.

Now what to replace it with? Challenge RM? Spoon N1? Or keep the coin, sell the car, and start saving for a Gen II Viper

Decided to keep my exhaust stock....no tickets for me.

 

Yeah it sounds like a sportbike from the youtube videos I've seen. The challenge RM sounds great too but I think it's just going to be too loud, even for me.

Since I vented my hood the induction noise is crazy loud and awesome (I'm a ricer, I know) and I still want to be able to hear it over the exhaust...don't think the challenge RM would allow that.

One thing I hate is how 75% of aftermarket exhausts for the S have the giant coffee can muffler. No thanks. I drove an Ap2 last week with an Invidia N1 single...man that thing sounded fucking terrible. I always wondered why S2000 owners were always complaining about drone, now I know why. It sounded like a riced out old civic.

 

The only car I've ever gotten exhaust tickets in was my Talon with a 3.5" straight piped turboback. All my cars have been loud, I just drive slow

The cops here are major pricks and will pull you over if there's any noise louder than stock, or if the muffler doesn't look stock.

I haven't received an exhaust ticket in almost three years, I plan on never getting another again. Unless, I am able to afford a vette later on, even then they may not care since it's not a Honda.

 

Invidia is the worst shit in the entire world. Ugh.


All of the loud cars I've had have been domestic v8 cars, so I've never had an issue. I once drove my cam'ed 94 Formula around with open headers and revved on a cop when I was younger. He didnt give a fuck lol

 

Rear tab relocation happening this weekend. Doing it just to do it. Also, may do something to thw front as well since I plan on running 17x8 with 225s up front.
