and by the way.....before you even make attempt to comment about me having HT do my swap instead of myself........That was because I totalled a brand new WRX (which I'm not proud of, but shit happens), and being that I hold a job that pays me well enough to afford to buy a brand new car, I needed a replacement fast........they got it done in 3 weeks, and that was back in 2001 when everything that's on the car wasn't quite as readily available.......There's pics on their site of my car, in case you might want to see how it SHOULD be done

There is no fan shroud on that car. Maybe it was put on later, but it was not on when the pic was taken. Thank you for admiting there are no welds on the bov flange.
