its a common occurance to see strobes in any one of these personels vehicles.
If so, its still a unmarked police car since it did pull somebody over.

I've seen people get a hold of police strobes that are in no way affiliated with the authorities at all..

Just throwing that out there.

If they are impersonating law enforcement, throw it towards the attention of a cop.

Strobe kits are available at just about any auto parts store and are legal for many uses, not just law enforcement.

i got pulled by a dodge dulley truck like a 99 model. it was red and jacked up . they pulled me at the intersection of volvo parkway and battlefield blvd. and the cop was a fuckin prick . puld me out my car at gun point for an illegal u turn .

Honestly if a Scion unmarked started flashing up behind me I would just keep driving. Isn't there some law or city code that outlines what can pull you over? I mean couldn't any jackass put strobes on their car and start issueing tickets?

Can we get a ruling on this? Any cops around?
