LMAO, what a douche....
To comment on the reason he walked for breaking in the our shop. The police told me that since the stuff that was stolen didnt have serial numbers and the one serial number was not registered that they couldnt prove it was the same items stolen. Numerous people rolled over on him. He had bragged about it and they found the exact items described missing at several locations in Roanoke he hung out at. I dont think that I have ever been so mad to find out that unless he confessed to it, there was nothing they could do. Needless to say, I am extremely happy that this happened. He is a thief and belongs in jail. He will make a perfect bitch for someone.

And take note that all it would have took was for someones intials to be on a boost gauge, controller or anything to make charges stick enough for an arrest. Without serial numbers though he might have got off but atleast he would have been charged for the record. So mark your stuff in some way to identify it. Its sad we have to take these measures but I thought it wouldnt happen to us and it did.
I know for a fact he'll have an appointed lawyer that will spend maybe 5 minutes on his trial. There's no way the kid could afford to pay for a lawyer who will actually work for for his case. Hopefully he'll go straight to jail
That one guy who did a similar thing last year in Boutetourt (155mph on I-81) - I think - was sentenced to 5 years.

There MUST be more to it than that. How much of the 5 years was suspended? I was sentenced to ONE YEAR, yes, ONE YEAR.. with all of it suspended with the exception of a weekend. It was an awful weekend, but it did the trick and I realize it's a place I never want to end up again. I was referred to who was supposedly the best attorney in Bedford, and that's the best he could do.
Getting 5 years, in my opinion, indicates that there was some kind of extensive criminal history. I can't imagine a judge giving someone five years for that otherwise. It's a shame because people walk away from DUI's with no jail time on a daily basis, and you go to jail for speeding. I'm not arguing that jail time is or is not necessary for excessive speeds, but I think the punishment for driving under the influence should ABSOLUTELY be more harsh than the punishment for speeding.
Hm.
I think that guy lives near me...
There is a boosted black Civic one street down from my house.. I live right outside of Salem, but definitely not in Elliston, or whatever.
I don't think his front skirt drags the ground.. but he has a huge fucking intercooler.
Guess I won't be smelling his excessive fuel burn offs for awhile then.
