FYI: Casey is charging $26,000 for their mazdaspeed and that includes the mazdaspeed floor tiles. THey got about $23K for their MP3s when they came out.

That's alot. I paid almost 10 grand less for my car. Seems like it would cheaper to upgrade a base Protege.

Actually Eng, They've had 2 so far. They had an orange one that sold the day after new years and they have a black one. they were slated to get 5-10 of them there. I think they still have 2 on order and like 8 of the RX-8's coming in sometime in late april-early may. the first 6 of those if not all are pre-sold units. And the reason they aren't letting anyone test drive it is not b/c it is limited edition. They new car sales manager there has a wang stuck in his butt. He's worried that if he lets somebody test drive it that they will come back and turn it off as soon as they get back and not let it idle for 30 sec.

 

i am 19 went to casey, asked to drive the speed, they gave me the keys and i was off all alone, i then only paid 21, 000 for the car.

 

I bought my MSportege at Hampton chevy. With rebate and trade it was 17k out the door. I have the 2003.5 yellow one.

2003= Orange and Black total made was like 2500
2003.5= Yellow and Gunmetal total made was like 2000
2003.7= Silver and Blue. total made was like 2000

These cars are gonna be very vare due to the fact that they were the last productions of the protege. They are now replaceing them with Mazda 3.

 

I was soooo close to buying one of these from the hampton dealership (the gunmetal one...the first one they got). Some lady helped me out while I was there. She was the only one there that knew about the diff. between the 2003 and the 2003.5.
