Poquoson Haunted House is in Poquoson, which is a small ass town on the other side of Yorktown. Just follow Victory BLVD all the way down. Keep going straight at the light entering Poquoson and follow the road until you see a middle school on the left, its there. Tickets were $8, and I had a good time.

the poquoson haunted house is at the end of Poplar St in poquoson.
just use mapquest for directions to it, just use like "2 Poplar St" then once you're on poplar st, drive to the end and you'll see it, it'll be on your left
