Honestly, my friend. You ABSOLUTELY need legal counsel for this one. A charge of 41 over in any virginia general district court I know of will give you some good jail time if you're not represented. A lawyer may be able to talk the cop down some. Get your counsel yesterday... All in all, wou WILL pay for this thing one way or another. Either out of pocket or out of ASS...

What is reckless here? 20 over right? I was caught on Hampton Blvd going 22 over. I was able to pay the ticket without going to court..

 

20 over or anything over 80 is reckless.

i got a 37 over and all i had to do was pay a $200 fine. It was my second reckless and i didnt have a lawyer so i dont know what the rest of you are talking about.

Key word here is Virginia...sorry buddy don't know what to say. From these experiences here I'd say get a lawyer or just go to your nearest homebase, purchase some Super Duper Glue and glue your Azzhole SHUT cause ya gonna get screw'd.

Well I paid 500 for lawyer, 300 for fines and still lost my liscense for 6 months. Oh and I had to do 4 weekends. 102 in a 55. Hopefully if it was in Chesapeake you do not get judge Carter. I had a very reputable lawyer and still got all this so do not expect to walk away.

 

If you were in york county.... your really screwed. Better get a good lawyer.
