I don't know it by sight, I had to Google it after you said it. It makes sense now. So this guy has a kids toy hanging from his tow hook. Good for him. I'm going to McDonalds so I can see what comes in the Happy Meal now, I feel left out.

i actually put clear packing tape on it just to reinforce the chain, because i had to make a hole in the top. i might change it with my miniature furby.
