Supra Turbo S-AFC bad issues!!
Merrill, glad that everything is ok. I was a little frustrated that it happened when I was behind the wheel, and that I couldn't stay behind and help troubleshoot because of work. Well at least the VR-4 got you around in the meantime. Thanks to the guys at AS. Keep kicking ass.
Time for the bov/fmic install? Hell yeah. Can't wait to go cruisin w/ya Merrill. Just don't leave me too far behind. lol.

Told you.
When I had a stock IC I popped off one of the end tanks. So I know all about leaks.
Crazy...I learned my leson...troubleshooting is a whole different story when boost is involved! :P Jay, you are right. I didn't use the VR-4 once, just so you know. Me and Bill will fill the tire tomorrow...it's pretty much flat right now, but we'll get it right again.
Sponger, where the hell is jenros, and what is it? I'm getting some damage to the bosy un-done tomorrow morning (instilled by my rage infested ass during the problem eiht the car...oops) and taking a friend to a job interview, so I don't know when I'll be free tomorrow, but tell me where it is anyway...I'm so new to the meet up spots now sinc eI was w/o wheels for so long.
Pardon the bad typing, I' mpretty toasty right now, celebrating the victory over the pipng problem!
**edit: Jay, I have learned that the turbo surging because of the lack of BOV is what is causing the IC pipng to let go, so I know you probably couldn't have helped it happen, I still thank you for getting the car out of Isabele's path.

jenros is... off independence blvd, and haygood rd.... in haygood shopping center with the chick filet, dary queen.. its in the right side youll see a bunch of cars, mostly hot rods and muscle cars, but there have been some scoobys and even a viper gts, got a lot of nice cars its usually 3-7,8 but i get there around 4 so
I was there, nice domestics for sure. Didn't see you though. Me, Illess_Supra, a Z06, and a 350Z convertible went cruising all over the beach last night, ended up at Hooters Great Neck for dinner. What a great time! I'm so glad I can keep up now...haha!
Sweet Mary & joseph, I've done it again. This one a bit more serious though.
I was going through the gears getting on it pretty hard (translation: showing off like an ass), when I was spinning in second, at 1 full bar boost and about 5k RPM, all the sudden a bang and no power whatsoever...
I limped back to VR-4ever's house, it would nearly die at idle but try to keep itself running, then immediately try to die again. When I give it throttle it has no power at ALL. When I had it parked for a minute, I looked underneath it and I saw some antifreeze coming down the bell housing area (well, it was a bell housing on my truck, I don't know what it's called on the Supra...whatever). Anyway, I couldn't see oil in the radiator or anything like that, and although at FIRST I though there was oil in the puddle of antifreeze in the driveway, I realized that it was imagination running wild because when it dried a few hours later there was no residual oil there.
So naturally I want to suspect that it is the head gasket gone to hell. I didn't hear any knocking or unusual noise, EXCEPT for the sound of exhaust coming from the engine compartment. Sooo...since I'm sure of the problem (top end of the engine), now I need to know what I can do about it. Checkered Flag Toyota wants an ENORMOUS sum of money for this job, no freaking way. So basically, I nee doptions for a head gasket job with shops...who do you know?!
