every store is not created equal, but to say that all installers at all stores suck is ignorant. Instead you should have said which specific install bays to avoid.

98 Pathfinder does not use an immobilizer in thier keys. I am available on Sunday if you are still interested for the install for $100, assuming that you will provide your own parts, preferably DEI plz

Yes generalizations are ignorant, but you have to realize a fact.

Best buy is looking for the cheapest installers, therefore they hire new people and they go through people a lot quicker than say...Myer Emco, which hires more experienced people at higher prices, and charges higher prices.

So lets say if we were to make out a graph of how much experience the AVERAGE Best Buy installation tech and Myer Emco, OVERALL, ALL BEST Buys on the average have much less experienced people working there. So yes, avoid Best Buys.

common misconception, I do get paid more but we dont charge customers more. In most cases we are cheaper than best buy your circuit city. where else can you get a remote start/keyless entry system for under $190.
