I'd love to but gas is a little too expensive to be driving out that way on a weekly basis. Oh well. When I get back from the desert next August I will have a lot more money to play around with, along with a Kooks/Magnaflow full exhaust to start the mods off ,and a nice 9 inch or 12 bolt soon to follow(my stocker is getting sloppy and its probably going to go soon after the exhaust gets put on). But anywho i will definitely be more inclined to make some longer trips to go to events with my car actually sounding like it has balls.

I know what your saying. I posted about going to VMP and autocrossing and gotten few or no other people going. But with gas $$ I've cut back on my trips. I love have a bunch of us hit the Dragon in NC.

You know why people wuss out?? People dont think of HR F-body as a club.. I mean at least once a week we get posts on the website about people want to sell there camaro or firebird to get a Honda.. I know you know what I am talking about.. I mean how can you say we are a f-body club when everyone wants to get rid of there f-body?? Right now HR to me is just a bunch of friends that meet up for dinner or Jenros every week.. Thats great and I like hanging out with everyone but if your not going to be a club that competes with TTAC or the Camaro club with people that want to get rid of the camaro for a car that looks good like a Honda!! I bought my 1st f-body back in 2000 and have been driving one ever since.. they are my fav cars and I will probably never not have one in my life.. Thats what you need if you want to have a club like TTAC and the camaro club in this area.. Hell TTAC is the longest running Trans am club in the country..

I'd like to get into TTAC, but I'm leaving for Iraq in August. So it is kinda pointless right now for me to join anything. I would definitely be down for some meets though. We just need some love on this side of the water. In the meantime, I'll be hangin' out with all the imports.

Are you referring to me when I said I wanted to sell my camaro and get an NSX? That's like saying someone that is trading in their M5 for a C6 z06 and telling them they just buying a cavalier or a cobalt.
