So is it entrapment when they sit in the bypass roads cut into the hills on the highway, so you can't see them until you're directly next to them? Come on now, you've been busted fair and square.
Just because you can't see them doesn't mean you're off the hook for speeding. Are unmarked cars entrapment too because they don't look like police cars? How about police cars with tinted windows, does it count if you can't see the officer inside? How about a motorcycle, they don't look like cars...
