Fuck that.

I don't like when cops think they can make ANY excuse to pull people. Isn't just this state.. my Dad in his 50's in his 944.

I haven't experienced this much.. and abuse of power is bullshit. Oh wait.. the nation seems to ELECT this people into power.. kinda self-defeating.

You know I think it's funny the amount of people on here that think the cops pull them over for any reason.

I've been pulled over about 20 times in 18 years of driving and every time it was because I was doing something wrong.

Cops don't randomlly pull people over...don't be dumb and think they do

Ditto!

There's so much ignorance in this thread.. Unfortunately, I'm really not surprised. Pretty typical, actually.

"OMGZ! Try 2 get him fired man!!!!!1 U r so gettin heraaaassed (sp) cuz cops luv domestikz n not the importz! itz discrimination n u can get him fired dude! omgz they r so mean. when i grow up im gonna moov out of va cuz i hate cops!!!!1"

I'm not going to say that there aren't bad cops out there. You don't get pulled over so they can ask you about your day; You get pulled over because you're doing something wrong, or maybe in that extremely rare case--you weren't doing anything wrong, but you match the description of a car that did do something wrong. Not everyone is out to get you! There's no sense in trying to get out of a ticket for doing something wrong based on a technicality (you'll only piss the judge off!) and there's no sense in trying to get someone fired for doing their job. You'd be wasting your time anyway.

Take the advice that was given earlier in the thread about proving that you were able to drive to and from work on Saturday's, or why you thought you could.. If you're in the wrong, admit fault for once, and take it like an adult! Sometimes you have to suffer the consequences of your actions to make the realization that you need to change the things you're doing because you're getting yourself in trouble constantly. Trust me--I know! I'm just getting sick of the 13 year old mentality on here that everyone is out to get you and that you gave them no reason to pick on you. I'm quite sure you did!

Sorry, but bullshit. You know why you got pulled over, even if you don't admit it here.
