blame the Governor of Virginia. He is a moron. If i didn't have work, I wold go to one of the Virginia Beach City Council meetings and bring that up. There are alot of things that can be done differently and no one does anything about it. But then I figure, I won't be living here much longer to care. I'll try to change stuff in California.

 

I went to get a title switched in my name recently. Got my ticket to wait in line at 1030am. I went to the bank, ate lunch at Taco Bell, Went to my apartment to grab my checkbook, and went to pay my Suncom bill. I get back to the DMV around 1230ish and still wait another hour before my number was called. Once I get up to see the lady, she tells me that I need another form filled out by the seller of the car....so at this point I'm like WTF! She then tells me to just come straight up to her window when I come back so I don't have to wait. I get back to the DMV half an hour later and the doors are blocked off by security. They said they've reached well over max capacity and it will be a minimum 2 hour wait until they let anyone in..Motherfuckers....Anyway I went back later and got in...but I spend my whole fucking day just for them to switch a vehicle title...

 

The contry can tell the states what to do and has many times.. one that I know about for this istance is the drinking age, set by states, but I think it was a mid west state.. one with no speed limits.. like s. dakota.. something.. didnt want to make the age 21 instead keep it at 18.. so what did uncle sam do??? didnt give them a penny for interstates and high ways.. what did s dakota do?? raised the age to 21.. and waalaa.. look at that.. a couple bucks for some stinking roads that under aged drinker's are goin to get killed on..

 

virginia deficit is a biatch...i went to dmv on monday at 12 ended up gettin out of there at 4:30...there are 14 windows and only 3 employees working them...what a waste of space. why did they even bother opening the one on popular hall back up? and now half tha road side assistant people will be out of jobs and it will be a slow process for road side help. i have a feeling also that TCC fall semester this year will be like university tuition. dayum

 

New break in this case..........I just found out that after the 20th of this month (Feb.) the DMV's are open again on Wed.(wish i would have known that yesterday.....)

 

I want to shoot people everytime I go to the DMV. Last time I went, I had to get there at 7:20am (opened at 8) and we were done by about 8:30. Still, one hour is still kinda shitty. I remember back before the cut, you could walk in and be done in about 15 minutes... tops. It took me a month to get the time to go license my Cutlass.

 

What I always do .. since you know your already gonna wait about a hour ... i always show up a hour before they close ... cause when it comes to closing time .. .. Every employee employed that day is behind the counter tryin to get everyone out of there ... and goes alot faster ...

 

That last time I tried that, they closed the doors an hour early cause they had so many people inside.

 

I did all renewing via internet... also ordered a new plate!
