Pacing is bullshit

 

it was C. I. Jenkins, mf was a car or two behind me, i dont believe he coulda paced me accurately, what ever, i'll just have to see how court is going to go

 

its sad how Jenkins keeps fucking everyone over for no reason, and we cant do shit about it. He had my boy pulled over and held him for 2 hours while he gave him 7 bs tickets, on top of that he pulled out the va book and was going through it to see if he can get him for anything else. I wish he gets shot in the head one of these days.

 

so how does pacing work? I live in vienna and i've seen this once and the cop pulled up next to the car and paced him. Can they do it while they are behind you? I dont think its fair to do it behind because its hard to pace accurately if theres a distance.

and how do u get caught caught speeding if they are pacing you? Wouldn't u slow down when u see the headlights of a crown vic or impala?

 

in the dark alot of the time it's hard to tell, i've been paced before, let off w/ a warning for wreckless going 20 over (plus weaving through traffic...long story a long time ago)

but also, for those who dont know, cops are TRAINED to pace you, from behind, not side by side...that's the same reason (one of them) why people are REQUIRED IN ALL STATES to have a rear plate...if you run, you're already caught. Cops have calibrated speedos and it is actually a very accurate way of finding out your speed, especially when they're driving not stopped w/ the gun set up

 

Yes its legit...Jenkins paced me on 66 and that is how he claims I violated the speed limit. I swear he wrote me up for faster then I was going, but my day in court is coming soon, so all of these details will be debated in a court of law.

 

Yea I would have maybe slowed down if it was a Crown Vic or Impala...however Jenkins was driving in a Camaro. When its late at night, if you don't know your headlights then you can't distinguish what type of car is behind you. Only hint I knew someone was maybe keeping pace with me was b/c his headlights from his Camaro were burning way brighter then any other car on the road and this was before he hit his strobes...but I figured it was some domestic trying to mess with me or keep pace w/ me and create an informal convoy.

 

I don't get paced, I get fucked with.

Driving in front of me, behind me, changing lanes, cutting me off, etc.. had to deal with that for MILES on braddock road the other night.

Right before he was about to pull me over at a stop light, a car rolled up next to him (other side of my car) and said they had to report their friend getting beaten up (some chick.)

HE DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO HELP THEM, he told them to go to the police station!

He finally looked at me, then to them, and asked them to make a u-turn and that he'd be there in a second.

Probably the luckiest cop-encounter of mine in a year or so.
