although i hear they will be charging next summer. Because they just added an assload of new spaces.

theres a swimming and a surfing section.. just watch out, dont pass the fence in the water because thats military property. and i hear they confiscate your board if youre caught. have fun.

are you referring to fort story? if you are...they wont confiscate your board we got tourist and va natives that walk up and down the beach everyday but if your caught all they will say is to leave the area since they aint got no lifeguards around this area (only at cape henry inn) but chances of MP's catching you surfing is like slim to none..MP's here dont really bother unless you speed on base
