nahh i dont think im fucked.....its my first speeding ticket ever so im thinking they will drop it, because i really thought i was still in a 55

 

Is the ticket listed as Speeding or Reckless? Does it have it checked that you have to go to court? If not, then you can just pay it in advance.
I got a 58/25 and cop was cool and wrote it as speeding so I just paid the ticket, $117.

 

That won't work for 2 reasons, one is that it's 199 and a construction zone, two if it is reckless, they won't completely drop it. If you have State Farm insurance, you'll be okay as far as insurance goes because they only count your 2nd ticket.

Get a lawyer and your be in driving school. I had 62/45. got a speedo calibration, thats $30, The lawyer was a friend of my dads so that wasnt to bad, and $60 for court cost. Oh and $65 for the class. You WONT get lucky. Reckless is no joke, and is taken very seriously in court.

 

Buddy of mine got a 100/55, got Pete Decker and assoc. for the lawyer, got the speedo calibrated and it was dropped to defective equipment.

I believe he is under 18. Therefore, if u get any moving vollition you MUST go to court with your parents.
