I ride too with my friend from roanoke, we've done carvins and explore park, also there are some nice technical rides here in blacksburg.

I ride an old ghetto trek hardtail with nice components, going to buy a full suspension frame sometime this summer.

I'm definately down for riding when it gets a little warmer.

Where is there to ride on Blacksburg? I know there are some places, but have never been there. Let me know and we can all meet up some time.

We always called it Brush mountain but from east coasters website it looks like Poverty Creek and Gap mountain trails is the more correct name.

I has lots of technical switchbacks, rocky creek beds and scary downhills, fun stuff.

You stay on 460, go past bburg and over brush mountain, then take a left into Pandappas Pond lot, that's where most people start their rides.

Dude...I'm down. As soon as I get back from break, I'll have my rack on again, and can actually ride my mountain bike...was stuck riding the road bike last week since I had no way to get the Epic around.

Also, if anyone ever needs their bike worked on in Bburg, just lemme know. I'm a mechanic at a shop in NOVA, but don't get to work on bikes down here, so I get a bit rusty

Well, we need to organize something. Have everyone meet up on a certain day and we'll go ride.
