There are clauses for that sort of issue.
I wouldn't if I were an insurance company. I would pay for the other parties loss, and then drop the insurance holder like a bad habit.

It does but you're ass will be dropped, have to file an sr-22, and good luck finding insurance again w/o paying around ~1000 a mo. You'd also be unpleasantly surprised however on how many people carry the minimum though. ($50k-ish?). Dealerships insurance will probably cover the rest then take this guy to court.

But I think dude was probably already somewhat airborne from the curb by the time he got to the grey one (since the lower part of the car isn't damaged), he just used that one to barrel roll on top/over the white one and land/roll off the red one.
