Sunrise is gonna rape him. You should've hit me up first. If they haven't started working on his bike yet give him my number and tell him to hit me up.

Been calling him all day, I did see his bike there yesterday. He said something about an extended warranty. But I'll se him at work tomorrow and get the scoop from him. See the MotoGP race?

Nah....I was upstairs hanging curtains for the Mrs. Spent all morning in the garage bleeding brakes, changing oil and replacing my coolant w/ Water Wetter on both bikes so I did a little housework since she left me alone all morning....lol. I'll download it from Racing Underground later and watch it.

take a look at the plug and socket to the rectifier, open it up and check for corrosion on the pins, signs of a "burn out" etc. If so you can snip off the plug/socket and just mate the 2 ends with solder or something. you can also get your hands on a volt meter and find out if it`s indeed the rectifier or the stator. google will tell you how to check that.

^^ that's easy.
First start the bike and check the voltage across the battery terminals.
Bike off - you should get ~12v
Bike running and revved over 2k you should get 14v (probably around 14v@idle too)

Now - to check the stator check the output wires (probably the yellow ones) for continuity to a ground.
if you have continuity between a power output wire and a ground, the stator is bad. If not, then your regulator is probably bad.

Check the wiring harness and connectors for burn marks too.
