Peppermint down at the oceanfront is a must! Or for that matter any place on the oceanfront around 1am. Wear a confederate flag shirt for a no cover on friday nights to the local bars.

I like the Kempstiver IHOP aroud 2am, usually a nice selection of people there with a gentle demeanor willing to have a nice conversation about proper equestrian etiquette

Not trying to piss anybody off but Va beach is not the south!!! Nor va, it was part of the south aka confederate states during the civil war but far from what most would consider "the south".
