They have agreed to replace both front/rear bumpers now, front is already replaced, rear will be soon. Very satisfied!

It's sweet because the bumpers are OEM Volvo and even come pre-painted from the factory, pretty sweet, don't have to worry about improper cure/bake and rock chips on the front bumper (not that I would from Woodings, but in general).

The whole ordeal sucked, but it turned out alright after some amount of "complaining" with my insurance.
