if a 5 ton jack can't fit under your FLCA the inspector is granted to fail you, depending where you go - and who you know, good luck headlights are mandated by measurements but not bumpers

phew - SI test coming up this wednesday... any advice fellow SI licenced peoples?

Then you're going to get that bumper question wrong. However, the only measurement is how low it is. I believe that there is also now a maximum height requirement, but I'd have to double check that.

No, they don't. older cars, just like they said up there "pre 73 or something" do NOT have the same checks.
Such as a fucking lap belt.

we just had the state 5-0 come in about 2 weeks ago with the new papers, and i haven't take any notes yet so theres plenty to do on my part

and yes i know there is a max limit, thoes jacked up blinding trucks brought it along
