I dunno we stuck with a guy who had 98.8% feedback and over 2,000 sales. and all the feedback that was haltering his percentage was Nuetral feedback on shipping BS.

k, knew i was right, you mean the main NAVAL exchange, on the worlds largest NAVAL BASE.
