do you want the price for a whole turbo kit? or for just a turbo?

and you could probably do JUST the swap for about $1500.

i think ur either not listening to what people are saying. or youve already made up your mind...and u shouldnt be wasting space on here.

why the would you want to turbo a lsvtec? you dont sound like the person that could do one reliably..and youll be another prime example of how NOT to Lsvtec + turbo a car.

imll say this once more. If you want turbo...go a different route. If you want Vtec power...go another route. its two different methodologies. there are literally...a handful of cars that have done lsvtec+turbo succesfully.

im not trying to bust your balls or anything man...im just trying to help you out.

btw. a complete lsvtec swap on a dc2 b18b motor + a turbo setup with the proper tuning ( not shitty like you are refereing too) will cost you about 4-5 g's...doing the work yourself. 8-9g's...having someone do it for you. *rough estimate*

Dan, you have a good point,

If this is your daily driver, and you have no clue as you say, then ls/vtec isnt the route for you....maybe you should stick to a simpler combo, something that requires less maintenance in the long run, and is more reliable then ls/vtec is.

just go LS/T man if you are going to boost the piss out of it...less hassle and you can make just as much power. just get some headwork done on it...

get a ZC and boost it. Cheapest route and can be made to be fast. I dont know why people hate the ZC.

I think you should go LS/T . . I have an LS in my CRX now . . It is pretty beefy . . and once the turbo is dropped then it will be over . . blow it and then rebuilt it with reinforced internals . . but those are my plans . . just an idea . . . if you want VTEC the b16 is beefy also

first smart thing ive heard you say man, but as far as the swap is concerned, ZC-T is the easiest way to go, direct drop in and the turbo kits are cheaper, if you think of the Greddy kit you'll be looking at 3-4 k tops for both with decent fuel management. but as far as LS-T, thats my personal choice but you have to look that its not a direct bolt in, the 95-up are the better designs, meaning you'll have to get a jdm shift linkage, mounts, and obd-obd1 conversion harness ect ect. also the turbo kits seem to be a lil more expensive, and that will run you about 5-6k
