I doubt its full auto illegal (unless you have license for it) and it would probably be ALOT more money wise, either way its a good deal

Uh, what model XD? It's obviously not a 5" Tactical, looks to be a 4" barrel but can't tell if it's the full size frame or the compact from the pic of the 9 mil
