But you def want to be careful with what you start on. We have seen way to many times a new rider going down because he had to have a liter bike...I am sure you dont want to get bored after a while...i suggest buying an older, good running bike 600cc's or less. This will not be a huge investment. So you can learn to ride and move up if you want too, after you are comfortable on a bike. I have a 73 cb350f and i am still a newb but I view it as your on 2 wheels its for the ride not the speed. If you come into the bike seen with the attitude that you dont want to have pussy bike your gonna get hurt or killed...Just be careful.
