ive killed 3 red foxes in poquoson on my parents farm...they're around. and they're seen regularly in williamsburg/james city i know, we've killed them at my hunt club...reminds me more of a lab size/look.

SUPPOSEDLY they were brought in to keep the deer population down at camp peary but i dunno if thats true or not...know its done in some places though

 

I've seen a couple just outside my neighborhood in southern Chesapeake, so it could be legit.

 

Yes they are in this area. I've killed a few in IOW county, my brother has one of the hides.

Some of the farmers out that way used to offer a $100 bounty on each one you brought them dead because they would gang up on calves and sick cows and kill them.

 

i think the state might offer something like that now...seems like i remember hearing that somewhere
