frigian frigates
Y'all musta been going to a different Firkin than I have. The owners are friends of Sister In Law. Food was acceptable at best, but nothing special. Drinks were sub par and service was pitiful most every time. Order the sweet potato fries and see how many you get. We used to do it as a joke and then count them. Something like 8 bucks for 28 fires. Seriously! Y'all go to Firkin, I'll spend my money elsewhere.
And I agree with Red Star, hell I'm 45 and feel like a kid in there. Lots of attitude and few bargains.
Cheers isn't too bad, the have an awesome Brunch buffet. The omlette guy Macio (?) makes a KILLER omlette! Not too sure about dinner though. The last few times, service was likewise poor and food was mostly lackluster.
Where is there in that area to eat? Anyone try Kelly's across Jefferson? Went once and was pretty good.

Nothing but homosexual men there, who wear suit jackets with blue jeans, or wear suits in general (at 12am) with fake business cards, using the pickup line "hey sexy" on every girl that walks in the door.
Faggots.
